With the support of those willing servant entrepreneurs and business leaders, we built the Ministry across multiple countries and the United States.
As we moved through the pandemic, along with having been through the day-to-day of being an entrepreneur myself, I saw an unprecedented need in the Start-up and Small Business Community to create a support Ministry.
As we continue to grow the Ministry, we provide support on several levels and welcome anyone who may want to be part of our Ministry in the following areas;
A. SUCCESS (LEGACY): Entrepreneurs/Small Business Owners (SBOs) who have successfully built and grown their businesses are willing to share their stories, support others and provide ongoing guidance.
B. STRUGGLE (STAGE): Entrepreneurs/SBOs who are actively managing their business but are struggling emotionally, spiritually, or in some other area where they are looking for support from others who have been where they currently find themselves.
C. STARTING (IDEA): Entrepreneurs/SBOs who are in the beginning stages of creating or starting up their business, have an IDEA to start a business, and are looking for guidance in building a spiritual and professional foundation.

The Visionary Leader provides insights into the principles, qualities, strategies, challenges, and successes that make up the lives of remarkable Visionary individuals. It offers actionable advice to apply to your life and career, whether you aspire to define your vision, lead organizations, or pursue your lifelong dream. Additionally, this book promotes a deeper understanding of the importance of Visionary leadership in driving innovation, building a generational culture, and changing how we see the world.
WHAT PRINCIPLES DEFINE A VISIONARY LEADER?
Creativity? Passion? Perseverance? Courage? Imagination?
Visionary leaders have defined characteristics that set them apart and enable them to inspire, innovate, and drive continuous, meaningful change in our world.
What sets these Visionary leaders apart? What allows them to achieve what others say is impossible?
Clear Vision | A clear sense of purpose and direction.
Unwavering Courage | A willingness to take risks and pursue bold initiatives.
Disruptive Creativity | Thinking outside the box and embracing innovation.
Authentic Empathy | A high degree of empathy and emotional intelligence.
Resilience | Persisting despite setbacks and challenges.
Strategic Thinking | Strategic mindset with the ability to anticipate future trends and opportunities.
Adaptability | Easily and flexibly navigating change and uncertainty.
Passion | Deep commitment to their vision and purpose.
Applied Faith | Daily action based on deep-rooted principles.
In The Visionary Leader, we explore the unique combination of traits and more that define the lives of some of the world’s greatest Visionaries. Each trait is unique, each part of a complex formula only a few leaders have possessed, yet those few individuals have driven our world’s history. By the end of this book you’ll have a comprehensive understanding of how to foster these traits in yourself and apply them in your leadership journey. -

It is a harmonious blending of product, marketing, and passionate culture, along with a visionary who establishes and commits themselves and the brand to ageless foundational principles.
What formula has sustained iconic brands such as; Apple, Nike, adidas and allowed them to maintain their vision and brand ETHOS for generations?
How does one brand lose its premium status while others thrive from generation to generation?
The Visionary Brand explores the core of these generational companies and how they have evolved to become visionaries. This definitive guide to preserving authentic success through identifying, protecting, and nurturing the brand's core foundational principles will be a timeless leadership resource. Both professionally and personally, serving a purpose from start-up through established category leaders.
Most brands at some point lose sight of their Vision or have not established their brand core ETHOS. The Visionary Brand will revitalize those who are not yet evangelizing their brand's values and principles, along with guiding those who have yet to define their foundation.
To succeed, you must understand who you are, what value you are providing, where you are positioning, and how to engage with your loyal community and brand team. From aspirational, real-life scenarios to inspirational guidance, The Visionary Brand will provide ongoing support to drive your brand forward successfully.
- Define your Vision and build a Foundational Principles platform.
- Stick to your Vision while capturing global market share from your competitors.
- Create a continuous Pipeline of Innovation.
- Establish a Culture of Passionate followers.
- Engage, and build Loyalty.
- Embrace the changing tide of the new age adoption curve.
