    Abstract: They are relations between human psyche and economic result in information technology. Human factor has impact on cost of software and system development. This fact is reflected in the software cost estimation model: COCOMO II (Constructive Cost Model) [Boehm et al. 2000], COSYSMO (Constructive Systems Engineering Model) [6], and Agile COCOMO II [4], in the form of parameters related to development team: capability, experience and cohesion. How exactly various parameters related to human factor affect the cost of software and system development? The answer can be derived using sensitivity analysis of the cost of software and system development to changes of: nine COCOMO II model parameters, three COSYSMO, and seven for Agile COCOMO II. The changes include minimum four rating levels of each parameter. Web-based tools [1], [2], [3] were used to speed up calculations. The study drew conclusions from the results of the different variants of the sensitivity analysis.
