"She is a goddess in a postal acropolis."

Valerie Harper plays Theresa Capodiamonte, the new supervisor of the dead letters office and she is a legend in the postal world. She is here to observe how the postables think outside of the box to deliver dead letters.

    "I don't understand, you're like mail police?"

    "More like postal detectives."-Shane.

This episode has our four postables trying to deliver a letter from a small child to his grandma...only she doesn't seem to want it. This is about a grandmother protecting her grandson in the only way she knows how.

"You are known and loved and missed."-Oliver.

"With a deep faith and the power to deliver"-Oliver

This is a wonderful first episode designed to catch your interest and hook you right in. I loved it. This series is just magical and really restores my faith in mankind.

I like to believe that the postables really exists and that I would love to work with them. Highly recommend to fans of the movie and the series.

"And stealing a letter to grandma. Mail felony, it's very serious."-Oliver.

    The start of something special

I like Signed, Sealed, Delivered, I discovered the series a few years by stumbling upon episode 6 of season 1. So I'm now catching up (finally!) on the first half of season 1. Earlier today I finally watched the pilot.

This episode was suspenseful, with a witness protection program thrown in for good measure. Valerie Harper demonstrates her singing and dancing skills.

Kristin Booth plays Shane, and sometimes I get her mixed up with Kristen Bell because of their names, perkiness and resemblance.

Signed, Sealed, Delivered is a warm series which I can watch over and over again. If you're into "nasty twist" series like Inside No. 9, Room 104 or Black Mirror, then I think you should watch Signed, Sealed, Delivered for a more healthy dose of optimism.
