Last week, I had the opportunity to travel to Shanghai and Seoul to spend time with our Client Partners and Teams. It was so incredible to gain more knowledge as Cielo continues to invest, grow, and expand in the diverse APAC region. We spent time understanding the challenges our Clients continue to face in engaging, attracting and hiring talent for now, and in the future. Talent scarcity, evolving skill sets needed, and how to best utilize and adopt AI were all hot topics! 👏I was so proud to see our Teams delivering innovative solutions to find and engage the talent that possesses the unique skillsets our Clients organizations need to drive their own business strategies in these markets. It was such a pleasure to learn from them, while spending some time sharing lunch or dinner, and seeing some of the city! In Seoul, we visited our new office - we are so excited to be there as you can see in the last photo!
