WE ROCKED THE REEL CREATIVE TECH SUMMER SCHOOL WITH CIRKITS — AND IT WAS ELECTRIFYING! ⚡🖥️ This time, we went full circuit with Hannah Wright — a true tech trailblazer and the powerhouse behind CirKits Ltd®. With over a decade of experience teaching ICT and Computer Science, Hannah brought passion, expertise, and a serious love of hardware into our sessions. Hannah led our young innovators through the world of circuitry and computing, showing them how computers really work using her awesome ComponentBuilder® tools and interactive demos. Then the kids got hands-on — building their own copper-tape light-up circuits, laying down copper strips, adding LEDs and batteries, and bringing their creations to life with a glow! It was sparks, smiles, and serious STEM energy all round. Massive shoutout to Hannah Wright for bringing the CirKits magic — your energy and expertise truly powered up the session. Big thanks to Helen Gill for weaving her creative brilliance into the workshop, curating the session, and making sure everything ran smoothly — your support makes these moments sing. Here's what we've been getting up to in the community this week 🧡 - We had our monthly Age UK IT and Biscuits session in the KCOM Learning Zone. Don't forget to spread the word to your family and friends about these helpful drop-in IT sessions.
