    Our team recently attended #TheAISummit 2025, and the insights were eye-opening! The talk is rapidly shifting from generative AI chatbots to #AgenticAI: semi-autonomous agents executing complex tasks end-to-end, under minimal human supervision. As Ferran Gavin Fontanals noted, "the transition to agentic AI represents a profound change in how work is done. Rather than replacing people, AI is changing their roles, and businesses must help the staff to adapt and thrive." While several core themes emerged, here are our key takeaways: 1️⃣ Agentic AI is here: The "think-act-observe" AI, orchestrating multi-step processes beyond simple prompts. This is about creating entirely new workflows, not just improving existing ones. 2️⃣ Workforce transformation, not replacement: We're moving towards humans becoming orchestrators and supervisors of AI agents, focusing on higher-value, strategic tasks. 3️⃣ Upskilling is non-negotiable: AI literacy and continuous training are essential for competitiveness.
