Pat Roque, MS Hello fellow Sage! I didn't expect to be one. Was it affirming for you?
Ryan Martinez (He, Him, His) DISC is so similar. And Strong Interest Inventory is also a cool one.
I took the Sparketype quiz (totally way too late) and I am Sage/Advisor, with Advocate as the aniti-spark. All feels accurate. I do a lot of advocacy and it's draining.
Kelly Freeman that's awesome Kelly!
Ryan Martinez (He, Him, His) That's why we love her.
Vionna Adams I hope you are able to find it. Either your purpose, or your meaning. But I'm sure you are not alone.
i see it as more aspirational
I am right at the transition edge age group between Gen X and Gen Z. Obviously much has changed since we were growing up especially in terms of job security/pensions/overseas outsourcing/etc. I recently incorporated a small business consultancy, as a female disabled military veteran, but it has been in my very limited free time around working + attending school full-time. Mental health concerns are only increasing so I hope to eventually devote more time to it. Plus right now I am bootstrapping all the costs, so finding funding will be one of the necessary steps. My original purpose in founding the business was/is to pay-it-forward with consultant services supporting mental health & wellness initiatives-focusing on suicide prevention in military veterans and trauma informed response capabilities for mass/school shooting survivors.
