Our Mexican team recently organized “The Food Safety & Quality Squad”, an engaging event designed to promote the Culture of Quality, Food Safety, and Continuous Improvement across the organization. Colleagues from various departments came together to participate in dynamic sessions focused on: ⭐ Helping everyone better understand their role in food safety and how the Prerequisite Programs are managed. ⭐ Raising awareness about the importance of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). ⭐ Highlighting how everyday activities directly impact customer service and satisfaction. The event emphasized the importance of open communication, leadership by example, and empowering every team member to take ownership of Quality.
