Game Worlds has officially opened at ACMI! We have been championing videogames for over 20 years and Game Worlds continues that legacy. Celebrating the evolution, creativity and cultural impact of more than 30 iconic videogames from the 1970’s to today. Home-grown creativity will be among global titles, with displays tracking the development of Isopod by Queensland’s Sbug Games and playable prototypes by Melbourne’s 2pt Interactive. We can’t wait for Melbourne to explore the connection between developers, players and technology – with games that gave us cities to build, farms to grow, realms to explore and online communities to get lost in.
