Updates

  • Insignia Financial today announced its full year results for the year ended 30 June 2025. Commenting on the result, Insignia Financial CEO, Scott Hartley said, “We’re pleased to deliver a strong result, with Underlying Net Profit After Tax (UNPAT) up 17.6% on the prior year, while the early delivery of our FY24-26 strategy has allowed us to accelerate delivery of our 2030 strategic plan. “FY25 was a pivotal year of transformation for Insignia Financial as we launched our 2030 Vision and Strategy, welcomed a refreshed executive team and embedded a new operating model, with clear accountabilities across four distinct lines of business. “Delivery of several key strategic initiatives during the financial year contributed to the ongoing simplification of our business. This included the separation of MLC from NAB – one of the largest wealth management separations in Australian financial services history, and the establishment of an industry-first partnership with SS&C, successfully transitioning our Master Trust Technology and Operations functions, including nearly 1,300 people, to SS&C. “As we enter FY26, we’re looking forward to focussing on our 2030 vision to be Australia’s largest and most efficient diversified wealth management company. We have established a strong foundation for this, supported by a simplified operating model and a clear focus on execution.” Read more here: https://lnkd.in/gxfBKTe6 #FY25results #IFL #growth #strategy #wealthmanagement

  • This year we celebrated Pride Month by coming together to connect and show support for our LGBTQIA+ colleagues and community by creating a collaborative mural - a colourful symbol of pride, inclusion and belonging. Pride at Insignia Financial is about showing up for each other, celebrating our differences, and making sure everyone feels safe and valued every day. This mural reminds us that when we work together, we create something truly powerful. Huge thanks to everyone who contributed their time and energy. Let's keep the spirit of Pride alive all year long! 🏳️🌈✨

We are proud to support the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner in its annual Privacy Awareness Week campaign to champion the importance of protecting personal information. Privacy is a shared responsibility at Insignia Financial and a core part of how we build trust with our customers. This year’s theme, ‘Privacy - it’s everyone’s business’ is a timely reminder that keeping personal information secure is not just a task for our Privacy Office – it's something we all play a role in. Our Group Privacy Officer, Kimberly Lunday, is leading the conversation across our business, reminding us that: “At Insignia Financial, privacy isn’t just a compliance requirement – it’s a core part of how we earn and maintain our customers’ trust. Privacy Awareness Week is a great reminder that safeguarding personal information is everyone’s responsibility, and we’re proud to champion a culture where protecting our customers is always front of mind.” #PAW2025 #PrivacyAwarenessWeek

  • In honour of National Reconciliation Week (NRW), we're reflecting on the theme of ‘Bridging Now to Next’, which calls on all Australians to step forward together for reconciliation.   Our Innovate Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP) is providing a powerful way for us to build our foundations for reconciliation with strong partnerships with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander organisations and people. We want to acknowledge Troy Cook, First Nations Foundation, Red Dust Role Models and Supply Nation who share their knowledge and help us build meaningful ways to advance reconciliation.   We’re excited to be running a range of activities for our team to acknowledge NRW this week, including a dot painting class in our Gadigal/Sydney office, hosting a yarn in our Naarm/Melbourne office and attending the National Reconciliation Week Breakfast 2025 in Nipaluna/Hobart. #Reconciliation #NRW2025 #BridgingNowtoNext

  • Over the weekend Insignia Financial participated in the Hobart City Mission’s Sleep Rough event over the weekend for the fourth consecutive year. Our team raised an incredible $10,000 to help provide food, emergency shelter, and long-term housing to the more than 5,000 families experiencing homelessness in some form in Tasmania. To help even further, our Insignia Community Foundation granted a donation towards its Emergency Relief Program earlier this year.   Sian Watson Damien O'Donnell Kimberly Lunday Hannah Patman Árainn Mac Craig   #SleepRough2025 #InsigniaFinancial #CommunityImpact #HobartCityMission

Insignia Financial is aware of cyber-attacks on a number of superannuation funds and recent press reports in relation to those attacks. At this stage, it appears from Insignia Financial’s investigations that the activity involved an unusual number of login attempts targeted at the Expand Platform. Although investigations are continuing, Insignia Financial has not observed similar activity impacting other customer facing platforms. We detected suspicious activity on around 100 Expand Wrap Platform customers’ accounts and at this stage there has been no financial impact to customers. As is good practice, we encourage customers not to reuse the same credentials across multiple platforms and services, to set strong and unique passphrases, and to install software updates regularly to keep their devices secure. We are communicating with impacted customers and their advisers and will continue to keep them updated. ASX announcement can be accessed here: https://lnkd.in/gSzRxiV5
