Welcome to the European Commission as new tenant in LOOM! 🏢   We are proud to share that the European Commission has chosen LOOM as a new office location, signing an 18-year usufruct agreement on 6 June 2025 for this building in the heart of the European Quarter.   From December 2026, nearly 1,000 employees will move into more than 22,000 m² of workspaces designed with a clear focus on sustainability, circularity and comfort. With high-quality amenities, two lush courtyard gardens, and excellent public transport access, LOOM is targeting BREEAM Outstanding, WELL Gold, and PEB A certifications.   This agreement further strengthens our position as a key player in the Brussels office market and reinforces the European Commission’s presence in the European Quarter.
