What Makes You a Great Fit
To thrive in this role, you bring:
Minimum 2–3 years of proven Front Office experience in a hotel of similar size and complexity.
A degree or diploma in Hotel Management (or equivalent).
Fluency in Dutch (mandatory) and a high level of English.
Strong IT skills (Microsoft Office, TMS, front office systems).
Knowledge of revenue management and commercial policies.
Your Role at a Glance
Lead and coordinate the Front Office team, ensuring smooth operations and service excellence.
Handle guest concerns with care and turn them into positive experiences.
Support in managing the department’s budget and monthly revenue forecast.
Supervise upselling and cross-selling initiatives within the team.
Ensure training and knowledge-sharing so the team stays sharp and motivated.
Act as a key communicator of goals, updates, and performance standards.
