Applications are now open for the 2026 SeaFort Summer Analyst position!   We are looking for talented and motivated individuals who have a genuine interest in private equity and investing.    Over this 12-week program, the successful applicants will gain meaningful, hands-on experience across the investment lifecycle, from sourcing potential deals and performing in-depth due diligence, to conducting business analysis and supporting our portfolio companies. Reflections from our 2025 SeaFort Summer Event Strategy Session   One of the goals of our annual SeaFort Summer Event is to create learning and networking opportunities for the senior leaders of our portfolio companies. This year’s strategy session zeroed in on three themes: corporate culture, growth, and navigating change.   Corporate Culture - A clear, lived culture remains the single biggest competitive edge. Best practices of recognizing high-performing teammates and supporting those in need are more important than ever. - Business leaders must own the narrative. The consensus: culture scales when it is explicitly linked to strategy and reinforced in everyday processes.   Growth - The most promising vectors over the next five years combine adjacent expansion with disciplined tuck-in acquisitions. Leaders stressed that organic projects must clear a rigorous ROI bar. - Talent is the throttle: several CEOs are building internal training programs to keep skills growth in lock-step with market opportunities.   Navigating Change - Supply-chain resiliency has moved from goal to necessity. Teams are diversifying suppliers, near-shoring critical inputs, and doubling down on demand-planning analytics. - Recession readiness is being hard-wired: variable cost structures, scenario-based budgeting, and data-driven pricing models are becoming standard practice.   A huge thank you to our portfolio leaders for the openness and insight shared.
