We are seeking a dynamic PR and Communications professional to drive our external communications and support our mission of promoting sustainable innovation and startup growth. 

This role is ideal for someone passionate about storytelling, event management, and building strong relationships within the startup and venture capital ecosystem.

Join us in supporting the next generation of sustainable startups at Seed and Series A stages, and help strengthen our global partnerships for sustainable innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Copywriting: Craft compelling English and Czech language press releases, social media content, website copy, blogs, and case studies that highlight our mission, projects, and impact. Ability to grasp communication briefs and translate them into well-structured, purposeful messaging across all outputs.
• Event Management: Plan, coordinate, and execute engaging events, both virtual and in-person, to showcase our initiatives and foster community engagement.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Work closely with PR agencies, media houses, journalists, portfolio companies, partners, and internal teams to ensure aligned messaging and timely communication.
• Brand Messaging: Develop and maintain consistent, professional branding across all communication channels.
• Sustainability Advocacy: Integrate sustainability messaging into all communications and support our commitment to sustainable innovation.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelors Degree in related fields (Masters preferred).
• Language Proficiency: Native Czech and fluent English (C1 level or above).
• Copywriting Skills: Proven experience in writing Czech and English language press releases, social media content, website copy, and other content.
• Event Management: Hands-on experience in organising and managing events, preferably within the tech or startup industry.
• Startup/VC Ecosystem Knowledge: Familiarity with the startup and venture capital ecosystem is highly valued.
• Sustainability Knowledge: Understanding of sustainability principles and ability to communicate them effectively.
• Team Player: Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Videography: Experience in video production and editing is a plus.
• Other: Ability to coordinate with portfolio startups, external PR agencies and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Eligible to work in the Czech Republic.
• Full-time employment at the Prague office.
