Once that CP is identified, then starts the detailed planning of the deliverables, milestones and resource planning . It is also important to ensure there is no scope creep which is not planned , impact analysis done.

Don't be afraid to ask for help. You don't need to have all the solutions, and someone closer to the problem will almost certainly have a better solution than you do. Also don't always ask for what you already know, such as confirmation of your own ideas or summary agreement on actions. This gives people an out as they tend towards 'lazy agreement' because you haven't asked them to think. Instead ask the question "What have we missed?"
