Vidnova Plus Engagement ~ Call for Applications Vidnova Plus Engagement is a 4-month program for adults from Ukraine living in Berlin and Brandenburg who want to actively shape community life. The program supports you in developing your own initiative or joining local projects, while building skills in project management, communication, and teamwork. Maryna Hovorukhina ~ Program Manager, Vidnova Plus Dialogue We're happy to introduce Maryna, a seasoned communications expert and trainer based in Berlin who specializes in connecting Ukrainian diaspora communities with their homeland through collaborative initiatives. As an accomplished author of two books on NGO communications and graduate of the Institute of Strategic Communications Sympodium, she brings both theoretical knowledge and practical experience to our team. Maryna is an alumna of the first cohort of our Vidnova Fellowship. Her work in fostering cross-border cooperation and civic engagement, combined with her deep understanding of Ukrainian communities in Germany, aligns perfectly with Vidnova Plus's mission of strengthening community bonds and resilience.  __________ Ми раді представити Марину — досвідчену експертку з комунікацій і тренерку, яка живе в Берліні та спеціалізується на налагодженні зв’язків між українською діаспорою та Батьківщиною через спільні ініціативи. Lisa Maria Dorfhuber ~ Program Manager, Vidnova Plus Engagement and Dialogue We’re pleased to welcome Lisa to the Vidnova Plus family! With her expertise in designing and facilitating participatory workshops using methods like Design Thinking and Art of Hosting, Lisa brings extensive experience in managing international projects and building partnerships across NGOs, businesses, and civil society organizations. Her passion lies in creating spaces where people connect, learn, and grow together. When she’s not facilitating transformative workshops, you’ll find Lisa pursuing her passion for knitting or working alongside 13 friends to renovate an old farmhouse in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern – a true testament to her collaborative spirit and hands-on approach to community building.  __________ Ми раді привітати Лізу в родині Vidnova Plus!
