We, as always, continue to be: 𝟬𝟬𝟭 - 𝗥𝗮𝗱𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘆 𝗦𝗲𝗹𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲: Just 0.1% of 35,000+ applications per year make the cut. 𝟬𝟬𝟮 - 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗶𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗼 𝗨𝗻𝗽𝗮𝗿𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗹𝗲𝗱 𝗦𝘂𝗽𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁: Our Fellows get 1:1 mentorship (including up to 5 hours/week with a unicorn founder), as well as direct access to 2,000+ mentors from top-tier VCs and domain experts. 𝟬𝟬𝟯 - 𝗙𝘂𝗹𝗹𝘆 𝗠𝗼𝗱𝘂𝗹𝗮𝗿: A founder’s journey is not linear, so a founder fellowship shouldn’t be either. Our platform and approach is fully modular. Take what you need, skip what you don’t. No programme. No standardisation. No ego. We serve founders. 𝟬𝟬𝟰 - 𝗩𝗶𝗿𝘁𝘂𝗮𝗹-𝗙𝗶𝗿𝘀𝘁 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗧𝗿𝘂𝗹𝘆 𝗚𝗹𝗼𝗯𝗮𝗹: Founders can participate from anywhere in the world - no relocation, no borders. Our model is designed for the modern founder: Building in Nairobi, hiring in Europe, and raising in Silicon Valley We’ve already welcomed incredible founders into our 2025 cohort (with more announcements to come, stay tuned) and we can’t wait to work with them. -- A huge thanks to our world-class network of investors and supporters: Fabrice Grinda (FJ Labs), Michael Baum (Splunk), Daniel Krauss (Flix), André Schwämmlein (Flix), Jochen Engert (Flix), Felix Haas, Kevin Hartz, David Rowan - Accel, Atomico, Balderton Capital, EQT Ventures, 2150, Insight Partners, New Enterprise Associates (NEA), Sequoia Capital, and many more for making this possible! -- 🚀 Founders, apply here: https://lnkd.in/dcbJPv6n -- Our €60 million in fresh capital is split between €30 million going toward a Series A financing round for our operating business, EWOR GmbH, and another €30 million allocated to a Luxembourg-based investment fund. As part of our new standard deal, each startup receives a €500,000 investment. This includes €110,000 from EWOR GmbH and an additional €390,000 from the fund via an uncapped convertible note.

EWOR is a fellowship for outlier founders building transformative tech. We believe that entrepreneurs shape the future – yet only a few create generational impact. This is why we back the top 0.1% with up to €500,000 in immediate funding, weekly 1:1 mentorship from unicorn founders (Adjust, ProGlove, SumUp) who now work full-time at EWOR. No standardised playbooks or rigid programming. Our virtual-first approach is tailored to each founder’s non-linear journey. Building alongside proven peers, our fellows break records – from raising a €13M pre-seed round as a first-time founder to achieving a $3B valuation within 2 years of joining EWOR. EWOR is for founders, by founders. We’ve founded and exited companies such as SumUp, Adjust, ProGlove, Felyx, United Domains, New Now Group (collectively worth over €12bn). * Up to €500k investment + unicorn builders as your sparring partners. * A borderless ecosystem that acts as your co-founder – with tailored support not a standardised programme. * Got traction up to €2M ARR? Perfect. No idea yet but obsessed with building a company with global impact? Great. * Join the top 0.1% and build among outlier peers – from science prodigies to serial founders. Support engineer to unicorn CEO before. Our new COO. Let's go, Bobby 🚀 Most people who scale 150M ARR don't leave and then join a fellowship. But Simon (Bobby) Dussart isn't most people. At Adjust, he went from answering support tickets to running a €1 billion exit. The kind of operator journey that sounds made up – except every late night debugging session, every scaling crisis, and every "how do we not break this?" moment was real. Now he's our new COO. Why leave a unicorn exit to work with 35 outlier founders per year? Bobby's answer: "At EWOR, I can take what I learned scaling Adjust and help exceptional founders avoid the traps I fell into. Creates value doing so drives me, a lot." The thing about Bobby: he's lived every founder nightmare. Server crashes at 3am. Hiring the wrong VP three times. Building features nobody wanted. Making payroll when the numbers didn't add up. He's also lived the breakthrough moments. The pivot that saved everything. The hire that changed trajectory. The moment when growth finally made sense. Bobby's experienced and navigated all this first hand, not just heard or read about it. That's the difference at EWOR. Our fellows don't get advice from people who read about scaling. They get it from people who bled building the machine. "Slide decks don't build companies. Relentless operators do. There is one better as our COO – for EWOR and for our fellows. Welcome, Bobby!" Daniel. Ready to help our fellows to break some records? LFG! _______ P.S.: If you're the kind of founder who thinks differently about hard problems, the EWOR Fellowship might be for you. Though fair warning: we say no to 999 out of 1,000. The remaining ones tend to do extraordinary things.

Growing up, Moises spent nearly every afternoon after school in hospitals. His father, a medical equipment salesman, would be in operating rooms with clients while Moises roamed the halls, quizzing doctors. 🪄 But at that time, his real passion was magic. At age 13, he performed to an audience of 500 people. By 18, he performed to an 8000. He even became the youngest ever recipient of the International Championships of Magic in Spain. 👨🔬 As he grew older, his passion for magic turned into a deep interest into the mysteries of the universe. He pursued a Master's degree in Theoretical Physics, spending time in China developing AI algorithms for self-driving cars. He went on to collaborate with CERN to build the world's first dark matter detector before starting a PhD at University of Valencia. 💡 But then, a question captured his imagination: If we can navigate cars without drivers, why can't we navigate surgeries without doctors? 🚀 So, Moises dropped out of his PhD to found Drill Surgeries Ltd., pioneering a trackerless, software-based approach to surgical navigation that reduces procedure times from 2 hours to 20 minutes. 👏 Drill Surgeries Ltd. have already led clinical trials, performing operations on 12 patients - all with positive outcomes. Want to hear the full story? Moises tells it best:

🚀 I'm excited to announce that Supplied has raised €1.6M in an oversubscribed Pre-Seed round to transform how platforms handle compliance! 73% of marketplaces say compliance is their biggest operational challenge. We're solving this by building what Stripe did for payments, but for onboarding, data orchestration, reporting, and compliance. Led by Rethink Ventures and Volve Capital, with participation from Volta Ventures, EWOR, NewSchool.vc, and incredible angels including Christophe Morbee, Michiel Goris, Constantine Gerasimovich and Ardan Bousché (ClickPatrol). What this means: ✅ Faster onboarding across jurisdictions ✅ Orchestrated integration with ANY data source ✅ Streamlined regulatory reporting (DAC7, 1099-K, DAC8) ✅ AI-powered compliance workflows ✅ One infrastructure layer instead of fragmented tools We're already serving 50+ customers across Europe and expanding coverage to new reporting regimes while deepening integrations with platforms like Stripe, SAP, and Salesforce. Huge thanks to our investors, advisors from Bolt, Booking.com, PayPal, and our amazing team making this vision reality. Building the compliance infrastructure the platform economy deserves - one that enables growth, not friction! 💪 #compliance #fintech #saas #funding #entrepreneurship #startup #platformeconomy

🚀 Our Ideation Fellow Martin Bielicki just raised a €1.2M pre-seed for Bench - the Cursor for hardware - backed by SuperSeed, Vanagon, Ellipsis Ventures, Buildery.vc, Revenue Syndicate, and Maximilian Wittmann, CFA. 🔁 In 2020, Martin moved from Poznań to London and founded Hyperlink - a 100+ person team across Queen Mary University of London, Imperial College London, and UCL that built the city’s first Hyperloop pod. 🤖 While leading 11 sub-teams, he spotted a systemic issue: software moved fast; hardware didn’t. The tools were broken. Martin wanted to fix them - but this was 2021, before LLMs had gone mainstream. 🛰️ That’s when he met Raihaan Usman, a fellow Hyperloop engineer. Raihaan later became Engineering Lead at Imperial’s Karman Space Programme, leading 50 engineers to launch a rocket in the Mojave Desert - and ran into the same bottlenecks. By late 2022, everything changed. As LLMs exploded, Martin and Raihaan saw an opportunity: if AI could write code, could it also automate CAD, simulations, and design loops? 🚀 In late 2023, they joined EWOR. After 12 months of iteration, they co-founded Bench. 👏 Less than 6 months later, they've raised their pre-seed and early users are reporting 50% faster design iterations. ➡️ Martin believes AI’s next frontier is hardware. As the cost of building software drops, physical innovation is what will define the next decade. And Bench are leading the charge. From pro tennis player, to pro music producer, to tech founder revolutionising the process of music production itself. 🚀 Today, Sundar Arvind and his team are live on Product Hunt with Mozart AI: a browser-based DAW powered by AI co-production. 🎵 On average, it takes 40 hours to finish a song. Indeed, 85% never get finished at all. Mozart empowers producers to reach professional-grade music, faster. While it may seem that AI tools are in a race to replace human creativity, Mozart races in the opposite direction - amplifying it. (𝘊𝘩𝘦𝘤𝘬 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘥𝘦𝘮𝘰!) -- 🔀 Like the process of making music, Sundar’s journey to Mozart AI was winding and obsessive: 🎾 At 12, Sundar ranked in the top 3 tennis players in India and cracked the ATP Top 1000. Then, injuries forced a pivot to music. 🎤 By 14, he’d hit 2M Spotify streams and signed with Sony. Keen to understand the tech behind music, he pursued a Computer Science degree at King's College London where he met his co-founder, Arjun S Khanna. 🚛 By 22, Sundar and Arjun built Blitzo, a last-mile delivery startup, scaling to £1.3M ARR in just 10 months, managing 1,000+ drivers in London - their first venture, and proof of their ability to execute. -- ➡️ Now 23, Sundar is tackling the creative bottlenecks he faced as a producer. In just 8 weeks, working relentlessly, his team has: - Launched a private beta with a 15k+ waitlist (!) - Raised $700k from industry leaders including Stefan G. (Last.fm) - Built 3 proprietary GPT-2 scale models generating chords, melodies, and drums - with early testers ranging from the Bala Boys to Kodak Black 📥 From here, we’ll let Mozart’s demo video do the talking - just make sure to upvote on Product Hunt: https://lnkd.in/dyxZTtBf #tech #music #founder #startup

"If you can't see yourself working with someone for life, don't work with them for a day." - Naval Rakivant 🫂 One of the most critical decisions for any startup founder is choosing the right co-founder. Conversley, one of the biggest causes of startup failure is choosing the wrong one. 🔎 To help, we've created “The Co-Founder Conversation Starter”, a structured, interactive tool so you can define what you’re looking for and align expectations before making a commitment. There are 4 simple steps: 1. Clarify Your Needs – Identify what matters most in a co-founder before starting your search. 2. Fill out the EWOR Questionnaire – And then share it with potential co-founders. 3. Receive an Auto-Generated Report – Compare responses and identify key discussion points. 4. Get External Input (Optional) – Reach out to us and we will arrange for a partner to give you additional insights. ➡️ This isn’t just a tool, though. We have a strong pool of potential co-founders to connect you with, which gives this exercise an immediate point of action. 🔗 Try the EWOR Co-Founder Conversation Starter now: https://lnkd.in/et8aC_tk #startups #entrepreneurship #founders #cofounders

I will invest €500k to get you full-time and help you raise 𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐬 𝐨𝐟 𝐦𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 after if you work on any of those ideas with a 𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐨𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐞𝐚𝐦. After analysing hundreds of startup ideas and sharing 15 you should avoid two weeks ago, here are the opportunities I'm ready to back: 001 - Build a European DeepSeek. Not an Aleph Alpha built on some sovereignty logic to justify bad model performance. I'm talking about a pure research company employing 100+ quants that solve the toughest mathematical problems related to LLMs. We need more efficient and performant LLMs, and talent in Europe is among the best in the world to tackle this. Cambridge, Oxford, ETH, Imperial and so many more European institutions educate the world's best AI researchers. There are so many arbitrary choices we have made when it comes to training and inferencing LLMs, why not test new ways? Why is there no European DeepSeek yet? 002 - Build a company that develops specialised chips for AI-compute. AI is growing so rapidly, so immensely that it starts making sense developing chips that are specifically tied to a certain computing problem in AI, allowing for better performance in those specific areas. The volume wasn't there, now it is. I'd love to see a German engineer pair up with a Cambridge-educated mathematician to solve this. Yes, AI is changing rapidly, but if you can identify computational primitives that will remain stable across different AI approaches, that's where the real opportunity lies. 003 - Build a company that facilitates the transition to an agentic web. It's happening and there are a million sub-ideas to work on. Don't build another wrapper offering AI-employees bragging about your fast-growing but non-defensible ARR. Instead, focus on unlocking agentic micro-payments by building the infra to help agents make purchases, which comes with massive cryptographic challenges (if you are a business person ready to execute this, comment below as I want to introduce you to a potential co-founder). There are plenty more ideas that fit into this bucket! I hope you get the gist. If you work on any of those, 𝐩𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐬𝐞 𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐜𝐡 𝐨𝐮𝐭 🙏 If you know anyone working on any of those, 𝐩𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐬𝐞 𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐤 𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐦 𝐢𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬 𝐬𝐨 𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐈 𝐜𝐚𝐧 𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐜𝐡 𝐨𝐮𝐭 🙏
