Germany and Norway reinforced the critical role of space in their national defense capabilities with a joint declaration by Chancellor Friedrich Merz and Prime Minister Jonas Gahr Støre. This cooperation is a strong signal for NATO and Europe and underlines our efforts to provide sovereign launch capabilities for both countries, strengthening their security and autonomy. Today, we had the honor of welcoming Federal Minister of Research, Technology, and Space, Dorothee Bär, and Minister of State at the Federal Foreign Office Florian Hahn, to the Isar Aerospace production facilities. The visit underscores the growing importance of commercial players for the German and European space industry. Data and applications from space form the basis for technological, communication, and defense infrastructure, as well as economic growth. However, access to space through launch sites and orbital launch vehicles remains a critical bottleneck. We are happy to share that we have been preselected for the European Launcher Challenge by the European Space Agency - ESA. With this initiative, ESA is taking decisive steps towards the commercialization and expansion of launch services, which are essential for ensuring sovereignty in space.

Isar Aerospace has signed an agreement with Eldridge Industries for a convertible bond of EUR 150m.
