Christian Wellendorf Bak fra Babette er Danmarks næste Bocuse d'Or kandidat! Stort tillykke fra alle os fra Eva Solo. Fredag 16. maj blev Christian Wellendorf fra Babette i København kåret som Danmarks næste Bocuse d'Or repræsentant. Den 29-årige køkkenchef imponerede dommerpanelet med sine fortolkninger af sandart, østers og kylling, og sejrede over to andre dygtige finalister Jens Vincent fra Restaurant Domæne og Kristoffer Madsen fra Molskroen. Christian stillede op til den danske finale med Gustav Spurré som commis og Kristian Arlet som coach. Sammen sikrede de sejren i den prestigefyldte udtagelse.
