When Giancarlo Castillo joined Monta in May as a Technical & Partner Support Specialist, he had no background in EV hardware. To complete his onboarding, he installed a charger at our Miami office, an FR-80 unit generously provided for testing by FractalEV. Moments later, a colleague scanned the QR code to start charging, and it worked seamlessly. Why does this matter?
