When I joined three years ago, we were just three people, but we've expanded a lot. As a Strategic Consultant, I love helping people and solving problems. I enjoy variety and new challenges, so having diverse tasks keeps me engaged and happy. I’m all about communication and understanding how people think and behave. Helping people tackle challenges and keeping motivation high is incredibly rewarding. Since 2023, I've been part of Topsoe's DE&I committee. Last year, a colleague and I co-founded the Topsoe Network for Women & Allies. Building the network from scratch and connecting with passionate colleagues has been a fulfilling challenge, and seeing our efforts continued by the new leadership is truly rewarding! When I'm not strategizing, I'm knitting! Inspired by my grandmother, I started with scarves, then ambitiously tried to crochet a blanket (which ended up looking like a wonky rectangle). So, back to scarves it was, until I got a book to tackle more challenging projects. A few months ago, I began knitting sweaters for my dog Milo, and they're turning out better and better.
