Key highlights from H1 2025: 🔹 €112 million net profit, up 58% from H1 2024 🔹 Revenue per available room (RevPAR) increased by 6%, reaching €102 🔹 Recurring EBITDA rose by 6% to €317 million 🔹 Occupancy climbed to 69%, with ADR up to €147 🔹 Net financial debt reduced by €130 million, further strengthening our financial position These results reflect the strength of our diversified portfolio and our long-term commitment to operational excellence and sustainable growth.
