The TRUSTroke project has launched a clinical study with 1,500 patients to test an AI-powered solution for personalised stroke follow-up. 🧠 This builds upon two years of work analysing data from 11,000 patients and adapting the Nora app to predict recovery, anticipate risks, and support shared decision-making. At Nacar Design, we helped define user profiles and optimise the app’s usability and relevance across diverse needs and tech skills, and we remain actively involved as the clinical study advances. We are passionate about continuing this collaboration to improve care for nearly 9.5 million stroke patients across Europe. What does conscious leadership look like? 🧭 Last month, we gathered at our headquarters in Palo Alto for a new session of Nacar’s internal leadership program. At Nacar, we aim to shape a community of designers where growth is shared. Not just in skills, but in mindset, purpose, and care 🌍 In this session, we partnered with Verbalima to explore how feedback can become action. We practiced active listening, not as a concept, but as a tool, through reflective conversations and practical exercises that helped us align around what matters. From Nacarians to Nacarians. That was the spirit and the structure of our latest Summer All Hands ☀️ Last Friday we closed the semester and officially welcomed summer by pressing pause.
