I am currently a Ph.D. student at Columbia University. My general research focus is on renewable-powered reverse osmosis desalination. I am also interested in other membrane processes for desalination and water reuse. Most of all, I seek to increase the utilization of renewable power, promote sustainable water treatment and reuse, and investigate potential solutions to the energy-water-food nexus under future climate change scenarios.
