My experiences of the last few years have helped me develop a wide range of skills in addition to fluent spoken and written Chinese. I have learned how to work effectively with both small groups and large crowds of people; how to organise and lead business meetings; how to give presentations in both Chinese and English; and how to negotiate cross-cultural gaps.
