Worked in contracting business from 1976 to 2008 taking business from less than 1m turnover to 93m turnover and transformed company into a national company. The company was sold in 2008.
Because I have grown the company from a very small organisation I have direct hands on experience of doing it myself, as well as working with others for example, I have sat in other peoples offices collecting cheques, I have been called out to burglaries at 3.00am, and I have wired control panels. I know the pressure of being the ultimate decision maker.
