Dr. Carlos Antonio Viera is currently serving with Miami Dade College as Director for the Office of Planning and Policy Analysis under Institutional Effectiveness. In the past, he has also served as the District Director for the Office of Performance Improvement, direct report to the Chief of Accountability and System-wide Performance for Miami-Dade County Public Schools. He has served as a district administrator, educational specialist, consultant, teacher trainer, classroom teacher, behavior management teacher, and crisis counselor.
