Giovanni has being working in the Airline Industry for the last 15 years: Starting as a Passenger Service Agent for Copa Airlines; position, that give him the opportunity to develop customer service relations and leadership within the company. He also during a period of time held the position of Trainer, position that made him get some expertise in teaching and as a facilitator. During this time he worked for his First Bachelor Degree in Advertising and Marketing with an emphasis in Sales Management, his first Master Degree in International Trade and Logistics and a Second Bachelor Degree in Advertising and Marketing with a new emphasis in Computational Graphic Design.
