On my career I always have preserved to learn new technologies, methodologies and ways to improve myself and the people around me, my main thoughts were always about growing in all aspects in my life.
I'm always looking for work to the community, that's the way I learned new technologies, with all community helping and I share this kind of thought, in projects open source, or as a volunteer in the IT community, we can and we must share knowledge.
