With a Master's degree in applied mathematics, I've now found myself in a role as an automated software tester with a large accounting software firm. I'm currently quite interested in software testing, both automated and otherwise. As someone who's come into software testing from a non-traditional testing background, I'm interested in testing as a career path and how testing/QA fits into software development processes. I also have experience in scientific programming and simulation, which is also pretty cool.
My philosophy is that testing is testing. Manual, automated, code-level, production-level...it's all just testing.
