I oversee the establishment and leadership of new groups and projects for young people aged 11-18 & 18-30 at this newly reopened Anglican church, and within the local community. Through close ongoing dialogue with the stakeholders (young people, parents, teachers, youth workers) I seek to build each project in a sustainable and user-oriented way.
Specific responsibilities include:
- individual mentoring & counselling of young people
- leading groups for young people to explore life issues and questions of faith
- volunteer training and management
- recruitment & management of 6 part-time interns
- leading and speaking at services and events
