I have been based at several conservation companies on projects which have included work for private clients, auction houses and museum collections in the UK and abroad. As a practicing art conservator my experience encompasses a wide range of onsite and workshop based roles, a few examples of these would include the following;
Overseeing the restoration of the grade I listed 19th century dinosaur statues at Crystal Palace.
Managing the treatment and documentation of the palaeontology collection belonging to Peterborough Museum, included fossil Ichthyosaur, Plesiosaur and Pliosaurs.
Managing the condition survey and restoration of the ethnographic collection at Chichester Museum.
