- To ensure health and hygiene of all students and lecturers.
- To liaise the student, the institute management and health centres on issues concerning students health and well being as well.
- To ensure safety and safety of all students in workshops and to provide first aid to injured students and Lecturers as well.
- To ensure that all safety equipments such as fire extinguishers, first aid kit within the campus are in good operating conditions and report any unsafe condition, situation or practice to the responsible personnel.
- To ensure that all sick students are given proper medication.
To chair all health and safety meeting and deliver all necessary health information to students.
