Woon Hsi loves a fresh challenge and thrives in collaborative environments where he will be exposed to differing opinions (he admit that he can’t learn everything). He is a firm believer in people (sometimes even to a fault) and considers himself able to see people’s motivations and seemingly disconnected events and be able to bring these ideas together and communicate them as a common goal with reason, emotion, passion, restraint.
After developing his work ethic in Eastern (Singapore) and Western (Germany) organization, he journey his way to the Healthcare industry, where he is currently leading a team of Operation & Administration staff for Nursing Administration at National Universit
