Carlos is the President of Frigorífico y Almacén del Turabo dba Oscar Súper Cash & Carry (OCC) a grocery wholesale business in Puerto Rico. After graduating from Boston College, Carlos began his working career at Motorola as a Software Programmer from 1992 until 1994. He later enrolled at the University of Michigan to complete his Master's in Business Administration. In 1996, he joined Banco Popular de Puerto Rico (BPPR), the largest commercial bank in Puerto Rico, as a Product Manager for Electronic Transactions.
