David Hochfelder is a seasoned real estate investor who works as the Exec. VP of Acquisitions at Naftali Group, before which he served as the VP of Acquisitions at RFR Holding from 2011-2016. His primary responsibilities included sourcing, underwriting, structuring & capital raising for new projects. Prior to this David held analyst roles at real estate lending platforms & real estate private equity funds. He graduated cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania with a B.A. in Philosophy, earned an M.S. in Real Estate from NYU, and completed an MBA at Columbia Business School. David Hochfelder is active in his community in New York & seeks out opportunities to support local organizations.
