In August 2014, I sold my shares in North Star Consulting Group to Mr. Doug Hammell. I continue to be involved with North Star as a strategic adviser. I enjoyed my 15 years with North Star both as a member of the start-up team, and later as it's CEO as we grew to become a successful B2B services provider to Fortune 500 companies.
My new path going forward will be focused on marketing strategy and business development work via my new start-up consultancy, Fletcher & Co., and teaching at Montana State University's College of Business.
