Joan is doing dual roles as an educator and knowledge management researcher. She has diverse professional background as a music teacher, pastoral associate, marketing and communications intern in Thailand and early childhood teacher in Vietnam. She finished her MBA with a thesis in knowledge management applied in an NGO in the Philippines and currently working on her doctoral thesis with a focus on knowledge management in educational institutions.
