Passion for science and technology pushed him to e-Infrastructure distributed environments where he took stepwise challenges as a grid system administrator, and later as a user support officer empowering (e)Researchers with IT skills to excel doing (e)Science. He has interests well beyond technology, and takes seriously the ideas of IT Service Management for a professional approach to service delivery.
