I am working as Vice President, Medical Affairs, in Manipal Group for last 6 years. Before that, for a period of 2 ½ years, I worked as Dean, Manipal Institute of Regenerative Medicine (MIRM), Bangalore. My role in Stempeutics is to look after the Clinical Development, pre-clinical research and basic research involving stem cells including Mesenchymal Stromal cells. Earlier during my tenure with the Armed Forces (for 24 years), I also worked in both professional and administrative appointments in zonal hospitals (bed strength of > 200) and tertiary care hospitals.
