Since 1996 I have worked in this industry and seen it grow from knowing only a few people that have email addresses to now everyone has one. A mobile phone was the phone booth beside the bus stop and a 800MB external storage drive cost $1000 (I was so proud when I got that).
I have seen online communications born, get nourished, grow and blossom into a thriving industry that drives most businesses today. This includes law firms, financial institutions, plumbers, home renovators... really the list is endless how and where online communications touches various industries.
