[Part of the team 💛] Bridging nature and urban life 🌳 At Colas, designing infrastructure means thinking beyond roads and buildings. Just ask Amandine, a Landscape Design Engineer in France, who’s helping to reimagine how we shape our cities and towns. From the study phase through to the final site inspections and monitoring stage, Amandine works with multidisciplinary teams to develop spaces that are not only functional, but that also promote biodiversity, social cohesion, and quality of life. Thanks to her wide-ranging technical skills and grasp of administrative regulations, she brings her expertise to various Colas sites, particularly in ecological engineering projects. Way to go, Amandine! 👏 #WeOpenTheWay #WeActForThePlanet #Commitment #Pioneering Colas France

[Our highlights 💛] Reusing to the max! ♻ This summer, break out the popcorn and head to the movie theater with us for a look at some of cinema’s most iconic road scenes! First up is Mad Max, a film in which ingenuity and conserving resources is a matter of survival 🚗 And at Colas, ingenuity means recycling. For example, with Recycol, our in-situ recycling solution, existing road materials are drilled up and treated, then laid down again and compacted, all at a low temperature. This means that less materials are used, less energy is consumed, and less transportation is needed compared to traditional techniques. Want to learn more?
