- Key Responsibilities:
- Market Analysis and Strategy Development: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and key players in the French EV charging market. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships with local businesses, municipalities, and energy providers. Build a robust sales pipeline and manage the end-to-end sales process.
- Client Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients. Understand their needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
- Sales Execution: Lead negotiations, close deals, and manage contracts. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, product development, and customer support) to ensure seamless execution of sales activities.
- Product Knowledge: Stay updated on the latest EV charging technologies and industry trends. Educate clients on product features, benefits, and applications.
- Reporting and Analysis: Track and report on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback. Provide regular updates to senior management on market developments and sales activities.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales and business development, preferably within the EV charging, renewable energy, or automotive industries.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
- Skills:
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to understand technical solutions and effectively communicate their value.
- Excellent networking and relationship management capabilities.
- Data-driven approach to sales planning and execution.
- Language: Fluency in French and English is required
