An international hotel brand is looking for a General Manager to lead one of its flagship properties in the Paris region.

Reporting to the senior leadership team, this is a rare opportunity to join a high-volume lifestyle hotel where service excellence, commercial acumen, and people leadership come together.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a General Manager to enhance, elevate and make a real and lasting impact.

What you’ll do:

• Lead and inspire a diverse team, ensuring high performance and a positive workplace culture.
• Oversee day-to-day general management of hotel (rooms, food & beverage, meetings, maintenance) with a focus on guest satisfaction and brand standards.
• Drive the hotel’s commercial and operational strategy.
• Take ownership of financial results, budgets, and profitability.
• Build strong relationships with guests, colleagues, and stakeholders across the Paris hospitality market.
• Reestablish the hotel as the go-to hotel in its comp set

What we’re looking for:

• 4-6 years’ experience in high-volume hotels
• Strong financial and operational expertise
• Proven people and leadership skills
• Solid market knowledge of Paris hotels
• Bilingual fluency in French and English essential
• A leader who combines professionalism with personality and character.
