Internship - Fabric Development Assistant – (M/F/X)

Internship based in Paris, Fashion Division HQ – Starting as soon as possible

What Impact You Will Create At Chanel

Within the Design Studio, you will work alongside the Fabric team to support the development of textiles for all collections: Ready-to-Wear, Couture, Métiers d’art, and capsules. Your main responsibilities will include:

• Organizing and accurately tracking fabric cards, rails, and research materials
• Communicating effectively with internal teams to ensure timely updates and alignment on fabric and color developments
• Regularly updating fabric cards, rails, and color-ups in line with ongoing research and development
• Using Photoshop to create and edit color-ups and visual materials
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams by leveraging strong interpersonal and communication skills
  
  
  

What You Will Bring

• A BA/MA degree in Fashion Design
• A keen sensitivity to fabrics and textiles
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
• Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
• Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• A proactive mindset and a collaborative spirit
