Position Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Operations Manager who is fluent in both Chinese and English to join our growing team. This role is pivotal in driving daily operational excellence, leveraging data to inform decisions, and fostering cross-functional collaboration. The ideal candidate will play a key role in developing strategies to enhance performance, maintain operational stability, and support user engagement to drive business expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operational Oversight: Manage and streamline daily operations to ensure seamless business functions.
• Data-Driven Insights: Gather, analyse, and interpret data to uncover trends and recommend improvements.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with various teams to align objectives and deliver on shared goals.
• Performance Optimization: Develop and implement initiatives to elevate team performance and exceed KPIs.
• Business Continuity: Maintain stability across operations by promptly identifying and resolving challenges.
• User Engagement: Design and execute strategies to attract, retain, and engage users to support growth.
• Process Improvement: Contribute to improving operational workflows and overall efficiency.

Candidate Profile:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset.
• Fluency in both English and Chinese (spoken and written) is essential.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Comfortable working with data; capable of extracting meaningful insights from complex datasets.

• Team-oriented with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
