MacGregor Black are proudly partnering with a Leading Sports and Lifestyle brand on the search for a Sales Manager. This is a remote based role in France.


This role is ideal for a results-driven professional with a proven track record of success in managing key accounts and buying groups such as Intersport, Sport2000, and similar. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales, fostering strong client relationships, and leading a continued growth across France.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, including Intersport, Sport2000, and other major buying groups, ensuring client satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
  • Create and implement sales strategies tailored to the sporting goods and apparel industry, aligning with company objectives and market trends.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences to identify new opportunities and potential challenges.
  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts and reports, providing insights to senior management to inform strategic decisions.
  • Lead contract negotiations with buying groups and key accounts, ensuring favourable terms while maintaining strong relationships.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and exhibitions to promote the brand and expand the client network.


Who We're Looking For:


  • Minimum of 4 years in key account or sales management positions in the sporting goods accessories or apparel sector.
  • Proven success managing key accounts and buying groups, especially Intersport and Sport2000.
  • Strong understanding of the sporting goods market and retail dynamics.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze data and translate it into actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, sales forecasting, and reporting software.
  • Results-oriented and self-motivated with a passion for sports and active lifestyles.
  • Fluent French and English
