An industry-leading automotive technology company at the forefront of ADAS and autonomous vehicle innovation is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to lead and scale their commercial footprint across the European market.

This is a strategic and customer-facing role, ideal for a commercial professional with a deep understanding of the OEM ecosystem and cutting-edge vehicle technologies.


What You’ll Do:

  • Own and grow strategic relationships with major European OEMs and Tier 1 partners.
  • Act as a key face of the company for the region and in client meetings, workshops, and technical discussions.
  • Lead RFI/RFQ conversations and technology deep dives with engineering and procurement teams.
  • Drive regional commercial strategy and develop business opportunities within ADAS/AV domains.
  • Coordinate and deliver customer demos, PoCs, and product walk-throughs with internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with global sales, product, marketing, and engineering teams.
  • Analyse market trends, competitor positioning, and customer feedback to inform business decisions.
  • Report directly to senior leadership with updates on BD pipelines, risks, and strategic opportunities.


What You Bring:

  • 5+ years in business development, strategic sales, or key account management within the ADAS or autonomous driving sector.
  • A strong, active network across major European OEMs (e.g., Stellantis, Renault, BMW, VW Group, etc.).
  • Proven ability to manage end-to-end BD cycles – from early scouting to deal closure.
  • Solid grasp of automotive software, sensor stacks, perception systems, and vehicle architectures.
  • Ability to work autonomously, lead complex negotiations, and thrive in a fast-paced tech environment.
  • Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus.
  • Willingness to travel across Europe regularly.
