We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Full-Stack Engineer / Architect to lead the design and implementation of our complex AEM solutions.

The Role

We are seeking a senior-level Full-Stack Engineer/Architect with a deep understanding of the entire Adobe Experience Manager ecosystem. In this leadership role, you will be responsible for defining the technical architecture, guiding the development team, and ensuring the successful delivery of enterprise-level CMS and DAM projects. You will be a key leader in our multinational teams, working on high-impact projects for international organizations.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and architect scalable, high-performance, and secure AEM solutions.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the development team.
• Drive the end-to-end development lifecycle, from requirements analysis to deployment and maintenance.
• Deep expertise in both the back-end (Java, OSGi) and front-end (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) aspects of AEM.
• Lead the development of custom components, integrations, and complex workflows.
• Expertise in CMS and/or DAM (Digital Asset Management) architecture and best practices.
• Define and enforce coding standards, best practices, and a robust CI/CD pipeline.
• Act as a key technical liaison with clients, understanding their business needs and translating them into technical solutions.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and new technologies, particularly within the Adobe ecosystem.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Experience: Senior-level experience as a Full-Stack Engineer or Architect, with a proven track record of designing and delivering large-scale AEM projects.
• AEM Expertise: Deep, end-to-end knowledge of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) architecture, including AEM Sites and DAM.
• Java: Extensive professional experience with Java development and the OSGi framework.
• CMS/DAM: Significant expertise in Content Management Systems and/or Digital Asset Management.
• Communication: Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
