We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud DevOps Engineer with expertise in building, automating, and securing modern cloud-native platforms on Azure (preferred) or AWS. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Infrastructure as Code (IaC), Kubernetes, CI/CD automation, and cloud security, with a proven track record of enabling scalable, resilient, and secure solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage cloud infrastructure automation using Terraform and IaC methodologies.
• Build, optimize, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for applications, microservices, and data pipelines using GitHub, Azure DevOps, Jenkins, and/or ArgoCD.
• Deploy, manage, and optimize Kubernetes clusters (AKS preferred, EKS/GKE considered) and containerized workloads using Docker and Helm.
• Define and implement Git branching strategies, workflows, and best practices with GitHub/Git.
• Set up monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions to ensure reliability and observability of platforms and applications. (Prometheus, Grafana, ElasticSearch, Azure Log Analytics, etc.)
• Configure and manage Azure identity, security, and networking services (AD, Key Vault, Managed Identities, RBAC, VNets, Firewalls, Subnets).
• Implement vulnerability assessment, remediations and visibility for platforms and applications.
• Drive automated deployments and release management for cloud and microservice-based solutions.
• Implement DevSecOps practices, including static and dynamic scans, vulnerability management, and secure pipeline integration.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer, with significant exposure to Azure or AWS.
• Strong expertise with Kubernetes (AKS/EKS/GKE), container orchestration, ArgoCD and Helm charts.
• Experience with vulnerability management frameworks (Checkov, trivy, Prisma Cloud Container Security).
• Hands-on experience with Terraform and other IaC frameworks.
• Proficiency with CI/CD tools (Github Actions or Azure DevOps preferred, Jenkins, ArgoCD).
• Strong knowledge of cloud security, networking, and identity management in Azure.
• Demonstrated expertise in DevSecOps practices (SAST, DAST, vulnerability scanning).
• Solid troubleshooting skills across infrastructure, networking, pipelines, and Kubernetes clusters.
• Experience in monitoring and observability with cloud-native tools and services.

Good to have

• DevOps Engineer Expert certification (or Azure Admin associate or similar cloud certifications).
• Exposure to additional automation tools: Ansible, AWS CodeBuild, Gitlabs, or CircleCI.
• Experience deploying and configuring data services in Cloud platforms like Azure Data Factory, Databricks, Microsoft Fabric, etc.
• Contributions to open-source DevOps/cloud-native projects.
